We recommend booking in advance. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your session (via secure payment link).

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to the deposit. Late Arrival: We regret that it may be necessary to shorten the treatment time for clients arriving more than 30 minutes late, while the full treatment price will apply.

Please advise us when booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffer from any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. Some treatments may not be suitable.

Age Policy: Children under 16 require a signed consent form and an adult present. Minors between 16-18 require a signed consent form.

Respect is mutual. In accordance with French Law (Articles 222-33 & 222-22), our therapists are protected from any form of sexual harassment.

Any inappropriate comment, proposition, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session with full payment due, and may be reported to the authorities. We are committed to providing a safe sanctuary for both our clients and our team.

Attire: You may change into a robe or remain as you are. During the massage, our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure only the area being treated is exposed.
